Bright Signals of Sustainability at the 6th Premium Real Estate Expo

We couldn't miss the opportunity to share our Design + Build approach with the visitors of the 6th Premium Real Estate Expo - REXPO, which has been held in Athens from 15th to 17th May 2026.

We participated in the REXPO with a booth, designed to help our guests experience the impact of our approach. The sound-absorbing translucent surface of the background contributed to a remarkable reduction of crowd noise and helped us focus with some acoustic comfort on what our guests wanted to share with us, while discreet sea waves sound was well directed in narrow beams only onto our debate tables to further improve the acoustic ambience with locally selective sound-masking. Our Low-Tech approach has been demonstrated by means of smooth light pulses emanated from the beacon, depicted on the translucent sound-absorbing vinyl. With this simple visual gesture we chose to wink at visitors, passing by our booth, without resorting to expensive complex energy wasting digital screen technology of considerably shorter lifetime and higher recycling costs. It was a great pleasure to ascertain that we got our message across and gained new valuable business partners to dynamically expand our Real Estate Business.
